I created a poster which hopefully will create some interest in checking the library catalog for books. I hope it will spark interest in the library's resources.

About once or twice a quarter, I send out a campus-wide e-mail highlighting a few topics/titles recently added to the library. I attach a list of the new additions. I've had people stop in the library to ask for something I had listed, and I even had an online student e-mail me with a request that I send her one of the new items.
Nice poster, Karen! Very eye-catching... It's great to remind students that they can browse for materials in several ways.
