This is really interesting.. I wonder how/if this will affect Angel. I used both Blackboard and Moodle in Graduate School.

I read in the Chronicle today that another company (not Blackboard) is suing three for-profit institutions for patent infringement. They clearly state that they will go after for-profit institutions only.
