Karen I loved the video you did for orientation. I am wondering though if the rest of you have been asked to do a presentation at orientation? All I have done so far is take pictures for the Photo ID's.
I have decided that students will be asked to pick up their ID in the library. That way we will get those new students back in and hopefully we can have a snazzy handout to send with them as to what the library has to offer.

I present at each Orientation - full and mid-starts. We have one set of slides for all of the presenters & I cover my two when it's my turn. In the student packets, we include the Library Resources Guide, so that all they have been given the info at least once when they leave. I talk about services, resources, workshops, etc.
I made a video for Ocala - but only because I'm not there.
I hope that each of you at least spend a few minutes talking about the services of the library and provide the Library Resources Guide for the packet.
