Office 2007

I am looking at all that is available for Office 2007, trying to decide what to purchase for the library. There are step by step books, teach yourself visually books, plain and simple books, and bibles. So my question to those of you who are familiar with any of these resources is what do you like/dislike about them and why.

Cynthia,

For the basics- especially those just starting to learn computers, I like the visually and/or simplified books.

Hope this helps. If I think of anything else, as I'm working on my list I'll let you know.

This really depends on your learner - visually or basics books are probably good for your new users. However, it would probably be equally beneficial for you to buy some advanced books for students who catch on quickly; for your IT and office management students; and for your faculty and staff. :)
