I liked this article. I was just talking with faculty today and she was complaining about the online environment taking away human contact for secretarial programming. She feels that at some point this program will have to require some human contact because secretaries deal with people on a daily basis. She feels that this is an integral part to the program. This article shows that there are a lot of positive interactions happening online.
